What you'll do

Learn how to assemble a scalpel and master the art of curved, straight, and intricate cuts in a range of vibrant colors. Florrie, our expert papercutter with 13 years of experience, will guide you through the process and share her tips and tricks to help you create a masterpiece of your own.

Your workshop experience will begin with a one-off spooky Day of the Dead October special at J White Framing. All you need to bring is your artistic flair – we'll provide a kit with all the materials you need, including a unique hand-drawn template designed especially for this event.

During the workshop, you'll have the option to customize your design with initials, folk-art patterns, or go freestyle! With support and encouragement from our team, you'll create a stunning papercut piece to take home and showcase your newfound skills.

At our Framing Gallery on Latimer Road, you'll enjoy a creative atmosphere and have the opportunity to purchase and take home all the materials introduced in the session if you wish to continue at home!

If you are inspired to frame your artwork you can choose from a range of framing options, including hand-finished bobbin frames, box frames, and glass sandwich frames to display your papercutting masterpiece. Our team will be available to offer inspiration and answer any questions you have about framing and displaying your final product.

Don't miss out on this fantastic opportunity to explore the art of papercutting in a fun and supportive environment. Join us for a morning, afternoon, or evening of fabulous papercutting fun!
